A Chinese ’Langyao’ or ’Sang-de-Boeuf’ Double Gourd Vase With a larger globular bulb gracefully sweeping up to a smaller upper bulb, rising to a slender neck and rim, covered entirely in a glossy red glaze thinning at the rim, with a splash of flambé to the interior, the base unglazed. Period: 19th century. Height: 32.3 cm.
