A Chinese silk summer “dragon” robe, embroidered with golden thread on a purple ground. Front and back with slits and three five-clawed dragons chasing the flaming pearl amidst clouds and precious objects, the hem with waves and ishui stripes. Late Qing. L. 132 cm. W. 210 cm.
