A Famille Verte Porcelain Jardinière Of circular form, the tall rounded sides rising to a flared lip, decorated in famille verte enamels depicting a scene with officals and dignitaries seated on a balcony, further officals and dignitaries in a garden setting, all framed by rocky outcrops, the unglazed base with a glazed recessed ring to the centre and a double circle in underglaze blue. Period: late Qing (1644‑1912) or early 20th century. Height: 22.5 cm, diameter: 25.5 cm.
